Breakfast for Dinner? Bogart’s Café Gives You the Option!
The popular Diamond Head café recently added breakfast and lunch dishes to its new dinner menu

HONOLULU (July 14, 2020) – Breakfast for dinner is on the menu! Bogart’s Café, the popular island eatery known for breakfast is now offering its famous breakfast and lunch menu for dinner. Available are sweet and savory favorites such as Taro Banana Pancakes and signature dishes like the iconic Breakfast Bagel, Super Lump Crab Cake Benedict and Mama’s Fried Rice. Pop in for dinner from Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
“Offering breakfast for dinner has been the number one request from our customers since we started offering dinner service earlier this year,” says Maria Barnette, owner of Bogart’s Café. “We’re excited to now offer breakfast and lunch as an all-day option – along with our extensive dinner offerings. We’re here to satisfy guests’ breakfast cravings, whether it’s at seven in the morning or seven at night.”
In addition to regular breakfast, lunch and dinner options, Bogart’s Café is spicing things up with new dishes such as a Chilaquiles Verde ($18) made with roasted Poblano and Anaheim chiles, mushrooms, corn, pan-roasted chicken and a mix of European cheeses. For dinner, Bogart’s Café has also added a savory Seafood Pasta to the menu ($39) made with shrimp, lobster, clams and house-made tagliatelle, as well as a Mango Pavlova ($12) a summer dessert special featuring fresh, local mango covered in a light, airy meringue.
Bogart’s Café recently introduced dinner service earlier this year, which includes a mouth-watering menu of house-made pastas and risotto including a fresh Uni Tagliatelle ($23) with homemade pasta, sea urchin and crab, as well as its signature Cacio e Pepe ($20) a Bogart’s Café exclusive prepared with cheese from the Dolomite and fresh pepper. Featured entrees include a Braised Veal Cheeks ($37) featuring veal cheeks with mashed potatoes in a decadent bordelaise sauce, as well as a special Prawns in Calabrian Chili Sauce ($27) featuring prawns on a bed of polenta, spinach and covered in a Calabrian chili sauce. Dessert rounds out the meal with choices including Profiteroles, Coconut Panna Cotta, Dulce de Leche Lava Cake and Chocolate Cake.
Barnette added “The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and we will continue to follow the state’s health and safety guidelines and protocols very closely to ensure our dining experience is as safe as possible. Now that restrictions are slowly lifting, we hope our loyal customers will dine with us and enjoy our fresh, new dishes.”

Bogart’s Café is open for dine-in services daily – with proper safety measures in place – from Monday and Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bogart’s Café is offering its full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items for takeout. Breakfast and lunch service will remain available from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering omelettes, eggs benedict, fried rice, loco moco, pancakes, waffles, coffee and cocktails. The café will remain open from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to serve drinks and acai bowls.

I love Bogarts but I didn’t realize they have to many things to choose from on their menu! Their Acai Bowl was always a go-to for me but now I have other items I can’t wait to try!!
